Do not machine wash. Wipe with damp cloth to freshen your BinaBear.

Minimum Fabric Needed Based upon Bear Size:

Classic Size (14in): at least 1 adult sized medium/small shirt/pants OR 1 medium/large youth shirt/pants

Small Size (10in): at least 1 kid/teen sized medium/large shirt and/or pants

Mini Size (5in): at least 1 toddler shirt and/or pants

If needed, the crafter can use complimentary material to complete the bear if not enough material is provided.

Non-Local Orders: We ship you an empty mailing slip for free, you put your sentimental clothing material inside, and you ship clothing back to us at your own expense. If you choose to use your own box to ship your clothes to us, you may do that as well. We will then ship you back your completed BinaBear product. This entire process will take about 2-3 weeks.

Local San Diego Orders: You have the option of having us come to you for clothing exchange/completed BinaBear delivery OR you come to us to drop off clothing and pick up your BinaBear!
Cancellation Policy: We will not cancel orders once it has been processed (typically within a couple of hours of purchase). Once an order is placed, your purchase is processed and begins to be prepared for shipment. PLEASE check your order over carefully that you have ordered your items just as you want them, as each item is to the specifications of each order.

Return Policy: As items at BinaBears are customized products and are free of material defect at the time of shipping, there is no return or exchange on any item(s). Please inspect your items upon delivery. If for some reason we have missed a problem (ie. seam rip), please let us know within 3 days of receipt. After 3 days, no replacements will be given.

Damaged Merchandise: Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you believe you have received merchandise from BinaBears that is damaged or incorrect (ie. seam rip), please email us at binabears.2020@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery receipt - NO EXCEPTIONS. A picture MUST be provided with proof of damage when contacting for a repair service. A free service repair (no refunds to your card) will be issued to your BinaBear, including shipping fees and taxes.
