How much do BinaBears cost?
The shop page has a range of bear sizes and prices. The price of each BinaBear product changes depending on the product you choose and any additional services you add onto it. Visit the Shop to see the options.
I want a BinaBear, what is the process of ordering one?
Go to the Ordering Process page on this website and there you will find the 4 easy steps that will guide you on how to order your BinaBear.
Do I have to go through your website to order a BinaBear?
Yes! In order to ensure that your order is placed and customized to your liking, you must follow the steps to order your BinaBear. This will ensure the best results of your purchased product.
If I put in an order for a BinaBear how long does it take for me to receive it?
For national orders:
The roll over time for BinaBear purchases is a total of 2-3 weeks. This starts from the time you receive an empty box form us to package your sentimental clothing material, to the time the finished BinaBear product is shipped to your home. This does not include any possible postal delays. Please plan accordingly.

For International orders:
The roll over time for BinaBear purchases is a total of 4- 5 weeks. This starts from the time the sentimental clothing material is in our possession and the order is purchased, to the time it is shipped to your home. This does not include any possible postal delays. Please plan accordingly.

Orders during Holiday Season:
The roll over time for BinaBear purchases during major holiday seasons ( Christmas, New Years, Mother's Day, Father's Day, etc.) is a total of 3-4 weeks This starts from the time the sentimental clothing material is in our possession and the order is purchased, to the time it is shipped to your home. This does not include any possible postal delays. Please plan accordingly.
Can I expedite a BinaBear order?
Yes!
Locally (San Diego):
You can expedite your BinaBear order to be completed within 3-5 days at an additional cost. This starts from the time the sentimental clothing material is in our possession and the order is purchased, to the time it is hand delivered by us to your home. This expedited option can be found when you select your BinaBear on the Shop page in the 'additions' drop down menu.

Out of San Diego Area:
You can expedite your BinaBear order to be completed within 1-2 weeks at an additional cost. This starts from the time the sentimental clothing material is in our possession and the order is purchased, to the time it is hand delivered by us to your home. This expedited option can be found when you select your BinaBear on the Shop page in the 'additions' drop down menu.
How do I get my sentimental clothing material to you?
Locally (San Diego):
After you purchased your order, you will coordinate with the crafter, Sabrina (via email or phone), to set up a time and place to exchange the sentimental clothing material. Contact

Outside of San Diego:
After you purchased your order, we will ship and provide you with an empty packing slip where you will place your sentimental clothing material inside. Then you will ship the package back to us at your own expense.

Do I have to have sentimental clothing items to make a BinaBear or a Pillow set?
No you do not! BinaBears creates unique one of a kind keepsakes with whatever fabric or clothing material you have or want to purchase online. You have a few options if you don't have any clothing material:

1.) When you select the BinaBear or pillow of your choice, there is an 'additional options' drop down menu. Select "purchase fabric material" if you'd like the crafter (Sabrina) to purchase the fabric for you at an additional cost.

2.) You can purchase your desired fabric anywhere online and have it shipped to Sabrina's address after you purchased your order. Sabrina will message you her address when your order is confirmed.

3.) BinaBears has a collection of additional fabrics that can be used to complement any fabric you have purchased online. If this is of interest, please don't hesitate to contact us through the Contact page on the website to discuss your customization in detail.
How big are the BinaBears?
They are 3 different sizes (Classic, Small, and Mini). The Classic is 14 inches, the Small is 10 inches and the Mini is about 5 ins. You can see the size measurement images on each product page.
I am not a fan of teddy bears, do you sell any other keepsake items?
BinaBears also offer customized BinaPillows. There are various ways to customize your pillow. You can play around with the options and pricing on the Shop page of my website. Click on the BinaPillow set image to access those options.
Can BinaBears ship everywhere?
Yes; however, the shipping costs will vary depending on whether the shipment is national or international.
What are BinaBears? Where does the name come from?
My name is Sabrina and my family nickname is Bina! BinaBears are memory bears handcrafted by me and are made out of sentimental clothing material or fabric that celebrate peoples' stories/memories throughout their lives.
